Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family law, exceptional financial analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in Family Law.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including correspondence, Financial Affidavits, discovery, pleadings and pre-trials.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and Court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management and client communication.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Illinois.
• 3 years of experience practicing Family Law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.
